We can help in any stage of the process and do repairs on existing trucks. We can assist in meeting requirements for Virginia Health Department inspections. Our experience comes from building and managing our own food truck, The Farmer's Picnic, serving meat raised here on the farm. We pride ourselves on our integrity and workmanship. Our food truck is a kitchen on wheels where we offer our Cut Above beef and Farm-made Ice Cream. Our commissary is permitted by both the Virginia Department of Health as well as the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The equipment includes walk in cooler and freezer as well as a large meat smoker and batch ice cream freezer.
